MASSACHUSETTS – Mayflower Church, 207 Main Street, Kingston, MA. 02364  Mayflower Church (https://www.mayflowercc.org/) seeks a full-time senior pastor who will believes the Bible to be the inspired, inerrant written Word of God; who preaches, teaches, and lives by the Word.  He must hold firm to the trustworthy Word so that he is able to give instruction in sound doctrine.  Our pastor must have a shepherd’s heart to lead and care for the church but also encourage, reprove, rebuke, and exhort with patience and teaching . Responsibilities will include personal counseling of the members, pre-marital counselling, and visitation of the sick and homebound.  Our pastor should have leadership skills and practical vision to help our church live out the Great Commission and our congregation to live out the Great Commandment. We need help developing relevant ministries that show the God’s love for the world through works of mercy and help that enable sharing the Gospel that Jesus Christ is Lord. In particular, experience and skill in using social media would help us use our website, Face Book page, Live Stream worship service, and radio broadcast ministry more effectively.  Our congregation is primarily retired or middle-aged; most are mature believers who have served faithfully for many years and still want to serve as God leads.  We love strong, expository preaching and teaching. We are primarily a blue-collar church, so our pastor should handle the office with down-to-earth dignity; setting an example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity.  We are members of the Conservative Congregational Christian Conference with congregational governance, and both a board of Elders and Deacons/Deaconesses. NORTH CAROLINAPleasant Ridge Christian Church in Greensboro, NC is seeking a part-time Music Director.The PRCC Music Director is a salaried, part time position that is responsible for the overall music program of the church, initiating programs, arranging for rehearsals, special music, etc. The Music Director also provides piano accompaniment when needed. He or she works closely and cooperatively with the Pastor in planning music appropriate to the church’s liturgy and to the service. Music for Sunday morning worship services and other special events is discussed and coordinated with the Pastor prior to rehearsals. The Music Director works under the supervision of the Pastor in conjunction with the Music Committee. He or she must have an appreciation for the mission, values and theology of PRCC and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and encourage the spiritual growth in persons she/he works with and serves.  The Music Director plans the music for Sunday morning worship services, in coordination with the Pastor, arranges for choir or other rehearsals, solos, special music, handbells, youth programs, etc., and directs the choir on a regularly scheduled basis.  The Music Director will provide musical leadership for public worship and be responsible for and direct a graded choir program inclusive of all ages; young children through adult. Enhancement of congregational singing is a larger goal since the congregation is the real and greatest choir.  The Music Director is responsible for the music for the regularly scheduled special services, such as Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Christmas Eve and for special events such as the installation service for a Pastor, etc.  The Music Director orders supplies related to the church music program as necessary, maintains the music library, and is responsible for staying within the annual budget for the music program.

SOUTH DAKOTAScotland Community Church is looking for a solo pastor to shepherd its flock. Biblically accurate and practically applied preaching is a must. Pastoral experience is helpful. We are seeking a leader to teach our congregation to be disciples that we may reach our community and lead them to be believers in Christ and disciples as well. A willingness to get out and visit the elderly, shut-ins, nursing homes, farmers, those in agri-business, as well as other members of the congregation, is a plus. We have young people who are active in sports and other school activities. Attending sporting events and school concerts garners appreciation from students and their parents. Your help may well be needed in the Confirmation process.  Scotland is a rural, agricultural town of 750 with a thriving K-12 public school; a hospital, clinic, and nursing home; a bank; a grocery store; mini-mart; meat locker; a full service gas station; a Co-op; a couple of restaurants, several hair salons, and even a 9-hole golf course.  The church has a full kitchen located in the fellowship hall, nursery, multiple classrooms, is handicap accessible with elevator, and sanctuary can easily seat 200. The parsonage right across the street has four or five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a new kitchen, and has been newly remodeled.
